JCA Tshirt Design 1

I got elected to be the public relations officer for Virginia Tech's Japanese Culture Association... and somehow that makes me in charge of all things artsy for the club.

All the officers decided that we want an organization tshirt, and I was given the task of designing one. This is design one of two. It's supposed to be a play on the "I <3 NY" shirts, in case you couldn't tell. XD
