Create a Pokemon 5

So I submitted this concept for Smogon's fifth Create a Pokemon contest. They had decided that the Pokemon would be a pure Rock type that would work as a special sweeper.

But to no avail. : (

I didn't get any comments OR criticism at all... kind of depressing, but oh well.

I based it on the mythical qilin, and the green parts of it are supposed to be jade. I wanted something that wasn't the stereotypical gray-colored rock that seems to be used on all rock Pokemon, and since the qilin is Chinese, I figured jade would work well.
